l1ft STRENGTH CLASS: Mon 9.30am : £8.50

A great way to start the week and burn off the excesses of the weekend! This class will have you using body weight and free weights. Weight and strength training is so important for women to help you to stay strong as you age and remain fit for life. Strength training has shown to build bone strength and increase your muscle mass, something that we all have to work on!


SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING: Tues 10.30am & Thurs 1.15pm : £10.00

Small group PT sessions. You will be using various equipment along with a mixture of body weight exercises. All fitness levels catered for. Maximum 6-8 people per 45 minute session with sessions bookable as a block of 4 to be used in 4 consecutive weeks. Contact me to book a space on the next block.

INSANITY CLASS: Weds 6.30pm : £8.50

If you haven’t tried Insanity before, it’s a great full body workout that you can do at your own pace. There are some great moves in there, but more importantly, some really good 🎧 music!! Don’t be put off by the name, if you’ve done any of my other classes, you will be fine, I promise.

If you haven’t tried Insanity before, it's a great full body workout. All exercises can be adapted to suit fitness levels. 


Join a closed Facebook group which gives you access to virtual classes. There are 2 live Insanity classes each week, plus a library of Hiit, Insanity, L1FT (strength training) workouts, and more. You simply just choose which workout you want to do and get started in your own time at home. Workout as many times as you like each week!
